Greetings in the name of Christ!
As we continue our collective journey in the unknown of COVID-19 cancellations, we wanted to update everyone on the plans we have to date for the implementation of "Virtual Days" while building access is limited.
1. This week (3-16 to 3-20) the office will be open 9am-12pm if students need to stop
by to get their study materials.
2. On Monday, 3-23, the office will be open from 9am-2pm. Students will have access
to their lockers, etc. according to student's last name below:
- A-E: 9am-10am
- F-J: 10am-11am
- K-O: 11am-12pm
- P-T: 12pm-1pm
- U-Z: 1pm-2pm
Students are to follow this schedule for the times during which they can come to campus and acquire their study materials.
3. Effective 3-24 and beyond, we will be utilizing a "Virtual Day" learning model for
learning. The model is similar to the one utilized earlier this year. The specifics of the plan will be sent out later this week.
At this point, students getting access to necessary materials from their lockers, etc. needs to be a main priority.
While we are utilizing a "Virtual Day" approach to learning for the foreseeable future, student access to technology will be of critical importance. As such, beginning 3-24 we will be making available a limited number of computers for those that need access during this time.
If your student(s) need(s) computer access, please contact Miss Knox at email@example.com to make arrangements.
Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and understanding during these uncertain times. We will continue to do our best to provide the best possible opportunities for learning and growth while seeking to assure the health and safety of our entire community.
Please feel free to reach out to me should additional questions and/ or clarifications be required.
