CHOICE PROGRAM

Martin Luther High School participates in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Racine Choice Programs

A note from your ML Choice Coordinators (Karla & Riitta):

In order to serve our Spartan Families better, we have a specific process to follow to complete your Choice verification.  Some forms for new students must be completed in person, however you can complete part of the process online.  Please follow the steps below and click on the big yellow button below for Choice Handbook Acknowledgement.  Reading the handbook will help you to better understand the Choice program at Martin Luther High School.  It will then prompt you to schedule an appointment to bring the required items, including proof of residency and income (even if it is not required by DPI, we do require proof of income for all new students).  All of this can be done from your smartphone or on a computer.  We look forward to meeting you!

STEP 1: Collect your financial and residency documents.  The best options are your 2019 Federal Tax Return or your 2019 W-2 forms.  Your WE-Energies bill is your ideal proof of residency.

STEP 2: Apply for your Choice Seat using the options below.
