STEP 1: Collect your financial and residency documents. The best options are your 2022 Federal Tax Return or 2022 W-2 forms. Your WE-Energies bill is the ideal proof of residency.
STEP 2: Apply for your Choice Seat using the options below.
STEP 3: All parents are required to read and acknowledge receipt of the Choice Handbook. All students must submit proof of residency documents. New students to the school and students new to the choice program are asked to schedule an appointment to verify the documents in person at the school. Please call to schedule at 414-421-4000 ext. 181.
At Martin Luther High School, income documents are required of all new families to the school (regardless of new or returning in the choice program).
STEP 4: If you have made it to step 4, you have completed the first steps toward creating a financial plan to attend Martin Luther. Please wait to hear from your Choice Coordinators on whether or not you receive a Choice seat at Martin Luther. Take this time to ensure you have followed the process to be academically accepted.
