The Office of Student Life supports students in achieving their academic, personal, social, spiritual, college, career, and vocational goals. It coordinates activities for students and parents focusing on Christian care and provides guidance on courses, grades, careers, colleges, financial aid, and more. The office also helps students with academic success, career planning, and social/emotional development, preparing them to become well-adjusted Christian adults.

At Martin Luther, college and career planning begins as early as freshman year! This proactive approach sets students on the path to success well ahead of their peers in other schools, where planning typically starts in the sophomore year. Using Xello, a comprehensive resource for career surveys, ACT preparation, and tracking graduation requirements, students receive essential guidance for their academic journey.
Additionally, we are proud to have a dedicated college counselor for our students. This support helps them confidently navigate the college selection process, ensuring a smooth transition to higher education.

The Youth Apprenticeship Program (YA) gives high school students the chance to explore real-world careers while earning a paycheck and high school credit. Designed primarily for seniors, YA allows students to split their day between traditional coursework and a hands-on workplace experience aligned with their interests. Students begin learning about the program as sophomores and juniors, with guidance from school counselors who partner with CESA 6 to help connect students to meaningful opportunities. Through YA, students gain practical skills, professional confidence, and a clearer sense of what comes next after graduation.

Martin Luther students have access to various dual enrollment opportunities through Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC). These dual enrollment options not only allow students to earn college credit while still in high school but also provide them with practical skills and knowledge applicable to their chosen fields.
