Martin Luther High School participates in the State of Wisconsin tuition assistance programs called Private School Choice Programs.

These programs allow families who meet the household income requirements to have their tuition partially or fully funded by the state. Interested families must complete an online application through the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and verify their current income level and residency.

1

Determine Income Limits

Determine which program you qualify for by reviewing each program listed below and the income limits.

2

Collect Documents

Collect your financial and residency documents. The best options are your 2024 Federal Tax Return or 2024 W-2 forms. Your WE-Energies bill is the ideal proof of residency.

3

Apply

Apply for your Choice Seat. The application for your Choice seat is your selected financial plan. However, this is separate from the academic application, which must be completed to be considered for admission. We encourage you to submit both applications to ensure full consideration for both your financial and academic admissions at ML.

4

Verify Information

All parents are required to read and acknowledge receipt of the Choice Handbook. New students and those new to the Choice program are asked to schedule an appointment to verify the documents in person at the school. Please call to schedule at 414-421-4000 ext. 149.
