Hall of Honor Nominations Form

Alumni Nomination

Criteria:

The nominee must be a graduate of Martin Luther.
The nominee must be out of school a minimum of 10 years beyond graduation.

All information will remain confidential until nominees are actually selected.

Coach/Teacher Nomination

Criteria:

The coach/teacher must have been a contracted coach/teacher of Martin Luther High School.
The coach/teacher cannot be currently coaching/teaching at Martin Luther High School at the time of consideration.

All information will remain confidential until nominees are actually selected.

Friend of the Ministry Nomination

Criteria:

Any individual who has made significant contributions to the Martin Luther High School, in roles other than alumni or coach may be nominated.
A non-association employee may still be a current contributor to the Martin Luther High School.
The longevity of an individual's contributions is important. Contributions of time, energy, and financial support will receive consideration.
